A Guide to Sharing Our Intellectual Property

We at Vaibhav Studios love it when creators, media, training institutes, and fans enthusiastically share and promote our work! To make sure everyone does this in a way that protects our brand and avoids confusing audiences, we’ve put together these simple guidelines. By using, referencing, or engaging with our Intellectual Property (IP) even non-commercially you agree to follow these ground rules.

What We Mean by “Our IP” Our “Studio IP”

includes everything related to our studio and our first production, Return of the Jungle. This covers the studio name, the film title, logos, character designs, artwork, posters, music, dialogue, marketing collaterals and promotional material whether physical or digital and the branding of our official partners.

What You Can Do (No Permission Needed!)

We encourage you to celebrate our work organically. Feel free to do the following without asking us first:

• Share our officially released trailers, posters, and announcements on social media.
• Write reviews, articles, or commentary using the film’s title in plain text.
• Recommend the film to your audience.
• Host free, community watch events, provided there is no commercial gain and no implied official partnership.
• Create original fan art, as long as it is clearly marked as “unofficial fan-made content” and does not include our official logos.

Any other uses of our Studio IP require our written permission first.

What Needs Prior Permission

To protect our brand identity, please get our explicit written approval before doing any of the following:

• Using Logos & Marks: Please do not use our official logos, modify our artwork, or place our IP next to your branding in a way that suggests we are officially partnering.
• Claiming Affiliation: Avoid using phrases like “in association with,” “official partner,” or “presented by” unless we have a formal agreement.
• Using AI: Do not embed our logos, characters, or artwork into AI-generated imagery, or use AI tools to recreate our visual style for promotional or commercial purposes.
• Offering Prizes: Please don’t offer cash, internships, gifts, or giveaways in our name unless we’ve agreed to it in writing.
• Selling or Reproducing: Do not use our characters or designs for merchandise, and do not redistribute or download our audio/video content beyond what we’ve expressly allowed.
• Do not embed your logo, character, artwork on our Studio IP

Please note: Special artworks will be shared with logos of official supporters.

How to Request Approval

If you have an idea that falls outside the permitted list, we’d love to hear about it! All promotional material must be approved in writing before it is published. Please send your request at contact@vaibhavstudios.com

While we want to keep things friendly, it’s important to clarify our legal position:

• We are not responsible for any third-party claims, losses, or unauthorized prizes. If your unauthorized use of our IP results in claims or damages, you will be responsible for covering those expenses (including legal fees).
• Our IP is protected under Indian law. If these guidelines aren’t followed, we may ask you to remove the content immediately or, in cases of repeated violations, take necessary legal steps to protect our work
• We may update these guidelines from time to time. By continuing to use our IP after updates are published on our official channels, you accept the new terms.
• These guidelines are legally binding and governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the Courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
