Shipping & Delivery Policy

Introduction

This Shipping and Delivery Policy sets out the terms governing the dispatch, transit, and delivery of all merchandise ordered from the Return of the Jungle Official Merchandise Store operated by Vaibhav Studios.

This policy is compliant with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 which require e-commerce entities to provide clear information regarding shipping timelines, charges, and delivery terms.

Order Processing Time

• All orders are subject to verification, fraud checks, and stock confirmation before dispatch.
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receipt of payment confirmation.
• Pre-orders placed before a product’s dispatch date will be processed and shipped on or after the stated dispatch date.
• Orders placed on public holidays and weekends will be processed on the next working business day.
• During peak periods (post-film release week, festivals, promotions), processing times may extend by 2–3 additional business days. We will communicate any significant delays.

Domestic Shipping – Within India

Delivery timelines are indicative estimates and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier capacity, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

• Vaibhav Studios offers international shipping to select countries, given the global profile of the studio (having showcased Return of the Jungle at the Cannes Film Market 2026).
• International shipping rates and timelines vary by destination country and will be displayed at checkout.
• Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days, subject to customs clearance in the destination country.
• All applicable customs duties, import tariffs, and local taxes for the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Vaibhav Studios is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.
• We ship internationally via reputable courier partners with tracking capability.
• International orders are non-returnable for reasons other than manufacturing defects, due to the complexity and cost of cross-border return logistics.

Shipping Partners

We partner with reputable, nationally recognised courier and logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery, including but not limited to: BlueDart, Delhivery, Ekart Logistics, India Post EMS, and for international orders — DHL, FedEx, and Aramex.

The selection of courier partner for your order is at Vaibhav Studios’ discretion.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your shipment tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking portal.
• Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to appear on the courier’s system after dispatch.
• If your tracking link shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team for investigation.

Undeliverable Packages

A package may be deemed undeliverable due to: (a) incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer; (b) recipient unavailable at the delivery address after multiple attempts; (c) refusal to accept the package.

In such cases:

• The package will be returned to our warehouse by the courier.
• We will contact you to confirm the correct delivery address and arrange redelivery. Additional re-shipping charges may apply.
• If we are unable to reach you within 14 days of the return to our warehouse, the order may be cancelled and refunded (net of original shipping charges for incorrect address situations).

Pre-Order Shipping

For merchandise placed as a pre-order in advance of the film’s release on 29 May 2026:

• Your payment will be processed at the time of placing the pre-order.
• Dispatch will take place on or after the stated pre-order dispatch date.
• You will receive advance notice of the dispatch date via email.
• Pre-order items may be shipped separately from in-stock items if you place a combined order.

Bulk / Institutional Orders

For orders of 10 or more units (suitable for event gifting, fan clubs, school promotions), please contact us at sales@vaibhavstudios.com with BULK in message line, for customised shipping terms, pricing, and timelines.

Bulk orders may require additional processing time of 7–10 business days.
